Building Your New Home
We offer a 360 design and build service, from initial plans to the final product. We are a homeowner’s main point of contact and liaise directly, on their behalf, with all professionals involved in the design and building process, from architects, and engineers to all subcontractors, interior designers, inspectors, and more. We’ll ensure the smooth delivery of your dream home, from the first architectural drawings to affixing the kick plate on the front door.
INITIAL PROCESS
CONSULTATION &
PRE- PLANNING
As boutique home builders, we don’t build cookie-cutter houses but create bespoke dwellings crafted to each owner’s tastes within our design style. Our initial consultation is a chance to discuss your ideas and budget. We’ll give you an overview of our process and leave you documentation that will further explain our homebuilding process with an explanation of our timeline and expected costs.
INSPECTION PROCESS

DEVELOPMENT
An initial survey of your land will be conducted for gradient, soil quality, and drainage, with all appropriate certifications and inspections, carried out simultaneously. The results will determine the next steps in applying for a development application.
DEFINING THE DESIGN
FINISHES & PRICING
A Nadlis architect will consult with you to define the specific design in detail. This meeting will discuss construction techniques, materials, mechanicals, airflow, and any adds-ons and specialty items. From here, the architect can prepare your custom design brief.
With a structural design established along with mechanicals and airflow, the next meeting will discuss the degree of finishes you want in your home. This will directly impact the cost and enable us to provide an overall price estimate.
When the interior design and the cost align, we’ll move on to the approval process.
